The next iPhone appears to be what all disgruntled Apple fans wished for: a smaller version of the iPhone 6.
Set to be released the following spring, the iPhone 5se will have all the bells and whistles of the iPhone 6 in the 4-inch body of the iPhone 5s, according to 9to5Mac.
These features include an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 1.2 -megapixel front camera and the ability to take big panoramic shootings as well as “Live Photos.”
The “se” reportedly stands for “special edition.”
Users will have access to Apple Pay, Apple’s Health app to track fitnessand the same improved WiFi of the iPhone 6.
The new device will reportedly be available in silver, space gray, gold and rose gold and havecurved edgeslike those of the iPhone 6.
It seems the only thing the iPhone 5se will have in common with the iPhone 5s is cost, butApple will reportedly stop selling the 5s once the 5se is released in March or April.
Production is currently underway overseas in anticipation for an official introduction in March.
It’s difficult to deny the new device’s massive marketings potential; many Apple fans praised the iPhone 6’s new features, but they didn’t all feel like carrying brick-sized phones in their pockets.
The surprise of the iPhone 5se also provokes the same question users had when they learned of other models: What will Apple unveilnext?
